4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for your campaigns will be owned by you upon full payment. Our proprietary strategies, methodologies, and tools remain the intellectual property of Upvote Labs.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your identity, business information, and campaign details. We will not disclose your involvement with our services without your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Upvote Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in activities that could harm our reputation or operations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
